baji99 Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing baji99, creating a player account, or using any part of the platform — including the sportsbook, live casino, slots, fish games, VIP programme, or mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. 2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

Who May Not Register

• Anyone under the age of 18.
• Anyone who has previously had a baji99 account closed or suspended for breach of these terms.
• Anyone self-excluded from the platform through the responsible gaming tools.
• Anyone using the platform on behalf of a third party without explicit written permission from baji99.

By registering, you also confirm that you are not subject to any personal restriction that would prevent you from using an online gaming platform, and that you are using your own funds to deposit and bet — not funds belonging to a third party.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold one baji99 account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different details — is a breach of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited. If you discover that a duplicate account has been created for you without your knowledge, contact baji99 support immediately.

Accurate Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and current. This includes your name, date of birth, contact details and any other fields requested. baji99 uses this information to verify your identity, process payments, and contact you about your account. Providing false information — particularly regarding age or identity — is grounds for immediate account termination.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your baji99 login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, change your password immediately and contact baji99 support. baji99 is not liable for losses that result from unauthorised account access where you have shared your credentials or failed to take reasonable security precautions.

PKR Account Balance

Your baji99 account balance is maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, bets, winnings and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. There is no currency conversion applied to Pakistan player accounts, and no hidden fees between what you deposit and what appears as your available balance.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

baji99 supports PKR deposits and withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Pakistan players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, and selected mobile wallets and debit/credit cards. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.

Deposits

• Deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to you. baji99 does not accept third-party deposits.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply depending on the payment method selected. These limits are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically credit within a few minutes. Bank Transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing time.
• Deposits made to baji99 may only be used for gaming on the platform. Depositing funds with the intention of withdrawing them without gaming activity may be treated as suspicious activity.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will be processed back to the same PKR payment method used for the deposit where possible.
• Before any withdrawal is processed, baji99 may require identity verification documents. Failure to complete verification will delay or prevent the release of funds.
• Withdrawal requests are typically reviewed and processed within 24–72 hours depending on the payment method and any verification requirements.
• baji99 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for large or unusual withdrawal requests.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are for personal use only. Sharing, selling or transferring bonuses is not permitted.
• Each promotion clearly states which games or bet types qualify for wagering requirements. Bets placed on excluded games or markets will not contribute to bonus rollover.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each bonus. Uncompleted bon uses expire automatically once the deadline passes, and any associated winnings from expired bonuses will be removed from your balance.
• baji99 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already claimed and in progress will be honoured under the terms active at the time of claim.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device. Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses is a breach of these terms.
• baji99 may at its discretion cancel any bonus, withhold winnings derived from a bonus, or close an account if there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional offers.

VIP Programme

The baji99 VIP programme rewards consistent players across all platform categories. Points accumulate through betting and gaming activity. VIP tier progression, cashback rates and exclusive bonus eligibility are governed by the VIP programme terms published on the VIP page. baji99 reserves the right to adjust VIP tier criteria, rewards structures and cashback rates with reasonable notice.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on baji99. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published in the relevant sections of the platform and form part of these Terms and Conditions.

Sports Betting

• All bets are accepted subject to the odds and lines displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended.
• baji99 reserves the right to void bets where an obvious pricing error has occurred. In such cases, stakes are returned to the player's account.
• In-play bets are subject to delay and may be accepted or declined depending on platform rules at the time of placement. Network delays on your device do not constitute grounds for complaint if a bet is declined.
• Cricket, PSL, T20 Internationals and Football bets are settled according to official match results as declared by the relevant governing body. In cases of match abandonment or rescheduling, baji99's settlement rules — published in the sportsbook help section — apply.
• Maximum bet limits apply across all markets and may vary by sport, event and bet type. These limits are displayed during the bet placement process.

Casino, Slots & Fish Games

• All casino games, slots and fish games operate on certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live casino, on real-time dealing by trained dealers under controlled conditions.
• Game outcomes are final once a round is complete. Technical malfunctions during a game round will result in the round being voided and stakes returned.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts for each game are displayed within the game interface.
• Progressive jackpot winnings and large slot wins may be subject to manual review and payment in instalments at baji99's discretion.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on baji99 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening more than one account on baji99.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading registration information.
• Using another person's payment method or account details without their consent.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Using automated bots, scripts or any software that interferes with normal platform operation.
• Match fixing, collusion, or any activity that compromises the integrity of sporting events or casino games.
• Bonus abuse — including structuring bets or playing patterns specifically to extract bonus value without genuine gaming intent.
• Money laundering or using baji99 to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Allowing anyone under 18 to access or use your baji99 account.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, baji99 will communicate the reason and the expected timeline for resolution as far as practically possible. Where closure is confirmed for breach of terms, any balance derived from prohibited activity may be forfeited. Deposits made with legitimate funds, where identifiable and not intermingled with bonus or fraudulent proceeds, may be returned at baji99's discretion following investigation.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so through the account settings page or by contacting baji99 customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding withdrawal requests that are already in process.

11. Limitation of Liability

baji99 provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or external factors outside baji99's control may cause temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features.

• baji99 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, connection errors on the player's side, or delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• baji99 is not responsible for the tax treatment of winnings in the player's jurisdiction. It is the player's responsibility to understand and comply with any applicable local tax obligations.
• baji99's total liability to any individual player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
